The Dragon Boat Festival, or Tuen Ng, has transformed from an ancient tradition paying homage to a poet, to a modern international stage for Dragon Boat racing. Similarly, dumplingExecutive Chinese Chef Chan Yan Tak, continues to bring traditions into the modern day with his unique twists on glutinous rice dumplings, the traditional Tuen Ng snack.

This year Chef Tak introduces a sweet mini dumpling using taro and red bean. Mildly sweet and rich in fiber, it is a healthy treat particularly when paired with the subtly floral osmanthus jam. This new dumpling flavour comes in a gift set paired with mini termite mushroom, pork belly, and red bean dumplings and a box of premier oolong tea.

All dumplings are handmade by chefs in the Lung King Heen kitchen and are produced in limited quantities.
